No one diet works for everyone. And since there’s a lot more to health than just diet, it’s not just about food. As a health coach, I work to determine what aspects of your life may be hindering your happiness and wellness, and how we can improve them. During the program, I’ll guide you in finding the food & lifestyle choices that best support you. I work to assist you in making gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your health goals. There are no magic pills, but with consistency in working with me as your health coach, you can get to where you want to be.

 

One of my certifications is specifically for children! L.E.A.N. Kids is a holistic approach to healthy children - Lifestyle Exercise Attitude Nutrition. That's it, the four keys to health and well-being! Sadly what so many thing are healthy foods for children are not healthy at all. And what our children eat affects more than their weight - it affects their mood, how often they get sick, their lifelong health, predisposes them to many diseases and affect behavior. 

 

I want to use my knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health to help you discover which approach works best for you as the unique individual that you are.
